In this talk, I will explained how AI virtual assistants work, why they became so popular and broke down the biggest challenges in the future of conversational AI. I also showcased that these intelligent systems are much more than just a chatbot or a voicebot: they are the new forms of communicating people’s needs, intentions and thoughts in an increasingly automated world.
